Preview Dinner for Riverpark Terrace – Open to the Public March 13th 2017


 
The Spring season brings change and rejuvenation to New Smyrna Beach. This March, a sophisticated new addition to the restaurant scene delivers a modern and refined style to Riverside Drive. Nestled in a beautiful historic home overlooking the park, Riverpark Terrace has the potential to be the next hot spot in town. The menu features a rotating selection of seasonal, local ingredients prepared by Chef Michael Krasoski, with delectable desserts by Chef Heather Harrison. During a preview tasting, guests were treated to dishes including wheat beer steamed mussels, wild mushroom ravioli,  and brioche bun burger topped with smoky pecan wood bacon, paired with a new interpretations of classic southern favorites like collard greens, cornbread, and fried green tomatoes. The palette of flavors and presentation demonstrates skill in culinary arts, and sensitivity to sustainable living and well-being. Top it all off with an intimate dining room and magical terrace, RIverpark Terrace is an excellent choice for showcasing the best of New Smyrna Beach. Their proximity to Arts on Douglas, Clay Gallery, and Atlantic Center for the Arts Harris House, this block is a trifecta of arts, culture, and cuisine.
